All footage, 3D project models, source code, graphic designs, vectors, and raw materials provided to Baniks Editing Hub remain the 100% exclusive intellectual property of the client. Upon project settlement, all final delivered master assets are transferred to the client in full.
2. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (NDA)
We treat every commercial campaign, unreleased product video, and proprietary software architecture with strict confidentiality. Our team routinely signs custom enterprise Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to taking custody of raw media or business logic.
3. Secure Media Storage & Encryption
Raw 4K/8K video footage and source code repositories are stored on encrypted internal drives and secure cloud buckets. We maintain automated multi-redundancy backups during active sprints and purge raw assets upon client request following project sign-off.
4. Personal Information & Direct Communication
Any contact information collected through our inquiry forms, WhatsApp conversations, or direct emails is strictly used for project coordination, billing, and support. We will never sell, rent, or distribute your corporate contact details to any third-party marketing entities.
